General Policies
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12 NOON. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests are required to provide identification upon check-in.
- Occupancy Limits: Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests beyond the stated limit may not be accommodated. Our Family Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, while our Deluxe Villa can accommodate 4 guests.
- Additional Guests: Have some extra friends or family members who want to join in on the fun? No problem! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability.
- Extra Guest Fees: While we love having everyone together, we will charge an additional fee for each extra person beyond the stated occupancy limit. This helps us maintain the quality of service and amenities for all our guests.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas may be available outside. Guests found smoking inside the villa may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the villas unless otherwise specified. Please inquire about pet-friendly accommodations if needed.
- Housekeeping Services: Daily or periodic housekeeping services may be provided. Please refer to the information provided upon check-in for details.
- Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the villa and its contents during their stay. A security deposit of 1000 may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages.
- Appliances and Amenities: Please use appliances and other villa amenities responsibly. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
- Lost Keys: Guests are responsible for lost keys or access cards. Please report any lost keys or cards to the front desk immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss.
- Pool and Amenities: Access to resort amenities such as pools and recreational facilities is included with your stay. Please refer to the resort’s amenities guide for operating hours and usage guidelines.
- Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and abide by resort rules and regulations. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Security and Safety: For your safety and security, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa. Report any suspicious activity to resort staff immediately.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, please familiarize yourself with the villa’s emergency procedures and evacuation routes.
- Feedback and Assistance: If you have any questions, concerns, or require assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact the resort’s front desk or guest services.
Corkage Fee Policy
- Definition: Corkage fees apply to guests who bring their own food and beverages to be consumed on resort premises.
- Fee Amount: The corkage fee amount is determined by the resort and is typically charged per container of food and beverage(s) brought onto the premises.
- Purpose: Corkage fees help cover the cost of providing service and amenities related to the consumption of outside food and beverages, such as glassware, storage, and staff assistance.
- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for complying with the corkage fee policy and any other relevant resort rules and regulations regarding the consumption of outside food and beverages.
- Enforcement: Resort staff are responsible for enforcing the corkage fee policy and may refuse service to guests who do not comply with the policy or who attempt to evade the fee.
Drugs, Alcohol and Illegal Activities Policy
- Zero Tolerance for Illegal Drugs: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on resort premises. Violators will be reported to the authorities and may be subject to immediate eviction.
- Legal Drinking Age: Guests must be of legal drinking age, as defined by local laws, to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages on resort property. Identification may be required to verify age.
- Responsible Alcohol Service: Resort staff will serve alcohol responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or are underage.
- Designated Drinking Areas: Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in designated areas, such as bars, restaurants, or private villa patios. Consumption of alcohol in public areas, such as pools or common spaces, may be prohibited.
- Noise and Disruption: Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and avoid causing disturbances or disruptions to other guests. Excessive noise, unruly behavior, or public intoxication will not be tolerated.
- Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities related to alcohol, such as underage drinking, providing alcohol to minors, or public intoxication, will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.
Minors Check-in Policy
- Minimum Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in to the resort.
- Adult Supervision: Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are not allowed to check in without adult supervision.
- Accompanying Adult: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for the minor’s conduct and well-being during their stay.
- Identification: Both the accompanying adult and the minor must provide valid identification at check-in.
Policy on Illegal Activities

- Guest Screening: The resort may implement guest screening measures to identify and deter individuals engaged in illegal activities, including background checks and verification of identification.
- Guest Registration: Guests are required to provide valid identification and contact information upon check-in, which may be shared with law enforcement authorities as necessary for the investigation of illegal activities.
- Surveillance and Security: The resort maintains surveillance systems and employs security personnel to monitor and deter illegal activities on the premises, including unauthorized solicitation and suspicious behavior.
