Restaurant Reservation

  1. Reservation Policy: Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our restaurant directly.

Day Trip Reservation

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

  3. Weather Conditions: Bantug Lake Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule day trips in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.

Overnight Villas Reservation

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time are subject to a cancellation fee.

Gift Card Purchase
