Restaurant Reservation
Reservation Policy: Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our restaurant directly.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any reservation cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We may hold your table for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.
Group Reservations: For parties of six or more, please contact us directly to make arrangements and inquire about group dining options.
Dress Code: We kindly request that guests adhere to our dress code policy, which may vary depending on the dining experience. Please inquire with our staff for specific details.

Day Trip Reservation
Reservation Confirmation: Day trip reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Reservation details will be provided via email upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
Weather Conditions: Bantug Lake Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule day trips in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.
Health and Safety: Guests participating in day trips are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety. Please follow all posted guidelines, instructions from staff, and safety protocols during your visit.
Equipment Rental: Equipment rental for activities such as boating or horseback riding may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire with our staff for rental options and availability.
Overnight Villas Reservation
Booking Confirmation: Overnight villa reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time are subject to a cancellation fee.

Final Guest Count: Final guest counts and any special requests must be confirmed with the event coordinator at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

Vendor Policy: Outside vendors, such as photographers, florists, or entertainers, must provide proof of insurance and adhere to venue policies. Bantug Lake Ranch reserves the right to approve or deny vendor participation in events.
Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages may be served at events in accordance with local laws and regulations. Bantug Lake Ranch reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests and minors.
Gift Card Purchase
