Picnic Policies

Allowed:

  • Bring their own food and drinks, free of corkage fees
  • Use the grill
  • Bring their pets (keep after them)

Prohibited:

  • Loud music / mic volume that can disturb other guests
  • Karaoke
  • Outside catering

Pool Rules

 

  • Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Proper Attire: Proper swim attire is required. No jeans or street clothes allowed.
  • Shower Before Entering: Guests must shower before entering the pool area.
  • No Diving: No diving is allowed in any area of the pool.
  • No Running: Running or horseplay is not allowed in the pool area.
  • No Glass Containers: Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
  • No Food or Drinks in the Pool: Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas.
  • Respect Other Guests: Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.
  • Proper Use of Pool Furniture: Please use pool furniture appropriately and do not remove them from the pool area.
  • No Rough Play: Rough play, including pushing, dunking, or wrestling, is not permitted.
  • Use of Pool Facilities: Please use pool facilities (showers, restrooms, etc.) responsibly and clean up after yourself.

Guests may be disallowed entry to the pool area if they:

  • Fail to Follow Rules: Guests who repeatedly fail to follow pool rules may be asked to leave the pool area.
  • Are Under the Influence: Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry.
  • Pose a Safety Risk: Guests who engage in behavior that poses a safety risk to themselves or others may be denied entry.
  • Refuse to Comply: Guests who refuse to comply with staff instructions or requests may be denied entry.
  • Violation of Policies: Guests who violate resort policies may be denied access to the pool area as per resort management discretion.
