Bantug Evergreen EcoFarm is a multi-generational eco farm that has transformed over the decades to adapt to changing needs and environmental concerns.
Beginning as a sugar cane plantation in the 1960s, it evolved into an orchard with a variety of fruits under the stewardship of the second generation. The third generation introduced poultry farming in the 1990s, but by the 2010s, they reimagined the farm into an eco-friendly venture.
Bantug Evergreen EcoFarm now employs sustainable practices, eschewing harmful chemicals and pesticides, and cultivates a diverse array of vegetables and fruits. In the 2020s, livestock and egg production were added.
Currently, the farm supplies produce to strengthen the “farm-to-table” ethos of Kusina Remedios and provides fresh, ecologically-farmed produce to the local community.
